We kindly ask you to inform us about allergies and food intolerances (e.g. lactose intolerance, celiac disease etc.) at the time of booking if possible - but at the latest upon arrival at the reception. Only then we are able to buy all the necessary food and ingredients fresh for you. Thank you very much!

Cancellations are only valid after receipt of our written cancellation confirmation (via mail, fax or e-mail).

Guaranteed check in from 2 pm until 11 pm.
Check in is possible from 8 am and luggage can be deposited if the room is not ready yet.

Check out from 7 am until 11 am. If you wish to check out earlier, we kindly ask you to settle your bill the night before.
Late check-out is possible upon request. Depending on the booking situation, an extra charge may apply.

Dogs with advance notice are very welcome and sleep free of charge in the Bellaval (without food and equipment). You are welcome to take your beloved four-legged friend with you to meals. For this we reserve you a table in the a la carte restaurant (Arven-Stübli) for breakfast and dinner.

The following cancellation conditions apply in summer from mid-June to the end of October:
up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge
2 - 6 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount
No-show: 100 % of the total amount

until 2 days before arrival: free of charge
No-show: 100 % of the total amount

The following cancellation conditions apply in winter (December 21 to Easter Sunday)
up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
up to 30 days before arrival: 30 % of the total amount
from 29 days before the agreed arrival date or no-show: 100 % of the total amount

In case of a travel warning of the BAG or closure of the ski area, a cancellation free of charge is of course possible.
For all other cases such as accident, illness, professional reasons we recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.

Tourist tax - all our prices are exclusive of tourist tax.
All year CHF 5.00 per person/night.

We prefer cash (Swiss Francs, Euro), EC-Direct and Postcard. As further means of payment we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and JBL.

Please note for all Maestro cards, Postcard as well as credit cards your limits for the daily withdrawal as well as the use abroad.

There may be a weekend and holiday surcharge of CHF 10.- per person per night for short stays up to 2 nights in the summer season and in the winter season, and for bookings over the weekend or holidays.
